ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — In a story published Aug. 13, 2025, about a failed political candidate convicted of attacking New Mexico lawmakers, The Associated Press erroneously reported the sentence sought by his lawyers. They asked for a prison term of 60 years, not five years.
